Find plenty of room to entertain large groups with a wide-open floor plan, chef's kitchen, dining table that easily seats 10, and cozy seating by a fireplace. The back deck offers a view of tree-studded hills, and there's a secret hot tub underneath. You will also find a ping pong table in the garage for some added entertainment and fun.

This home is located in the Vista Rim neighborhood at Eagle Crest you are just steps away from the Lakeside pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, stables and workout facilities. You have access to the other Eagle Crest Recreation Center and additional shared pools (indoor and outdoor) as well.
Five bedrooms provide ample space for 11 adults. Between three king beds, two queen beds and one twin, there is plenty of room for all and there is a pack and play crib and high hair available upon request for your little ones. It includes three full bathrooms and private laundry room, making it easy to accommodate large groups.
This house is a very spacious 2 story home with 3 bedrooms on the main level including the master (king bed, walk-in closet, separate shower and bath and sliding door to patio); one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with a twin pullout trundle.
It has an amazing open concept floorplan, a premium, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and all the amenities. The expansive dining room table comfortably seats 10 and the adjacent island bar seats an additional 4 for large meals with family and friends.
Outside on the top deck there is a gas burning barbecue, patio furniture to enjoy a meal while enjoying the beautiful vistas.
One the lower patio enjoy the same views while relaxing in the 8 person hot tub.
The lower level is a daylight basement with a separate living area, two bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) and jack and jill bathroom with separate door to shower and toilet for extra privacy.
Play board games, watch cable, pop in a DVD or stream something on Netflix. There is wifi so you can keep up on emails and a Bose speaker for you to stream your own music in any room of the house.
Eagle Crest amenities make for a luxurious and action-packed stay. Work out in the fitness room, book a service at the spa, enjoy one of the pools, the tennis courts or rent a horse or bike for a ride on the extensive trail system around the Eagle Crest Resort.

The house is at Eagle Crest Resort, just west of the City of Redmond. It's in the Vista Rim neighborhood, close to the Lakeside pool complex. There's access to golf, tennis, indoor/outdoor resort pools, hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Bend is 20 miles away – Many fantastic breweries and restaurants to explore, as well as fun activities from shopping to floating the river at Old Mill.
Sisters is 14 miles away – The world-famous Sisters Rodeo, quilting convention and Camp Sherman await as well as many hiking, cycling and snowmobile trails and horseback riding.
Redmond’s city center is 9 miles away – Smith Rock and the natural beauty of Central Oregon are at your doorstep.
Suttle Lake and a number of other cascade Lakes are within 30-40 minutes to explore, hire a boat or SUP and enjoy the natural wonders.
Black Butte Ranch and Brasada Ranch are both ~ 20 miles away – for added golf options and scenic views.
The property has a 3-car garage with parking for up to 3 more cars in the driveway. (Total parking capacity is 6 cars) The garage is large enough to fit a full-size pickup truck or snowmobile trailers. The HOA doe not allow overnight street parking so excess vehicles can be parked at welcome center or carpool lot.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Generally speaking, we prefer to keep with our Check-In & Check-Out times to respect the schedule of our cleaning crew. With that said, we will work with you to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.
