Situata in zona tranquilla ed elegante, gode di una vista incantevole su tutto il litorale. In auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti il centro e le spiagge di Marina di Ragusa (15 minuti a piedi). La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti,compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e quattro bagni(uno a servizio piscina). Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampia vetrata sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.

Casa luminosissima con ampie porte finestre che affacciano sul giardino. Piscina con doccia esterna. Superficie Casa oltre 140 metri quadrati con ambiente giorno unico (cucina e soggiorno). Ampia doccia anche all'interno. La casa è immersa nel verde ed è possibile usufruire del barbecue. In estate è possibile raccogliere le verdure biologiche dell'orto padronale. Inoltre è possibile gustare le uova bianche delle nostre galline completamente allevate all'aperto. Buon soggiorno!
