Possibility to accommodate a 3rd person with the sofa bed (extracost requested)
The apartment is on 1st floor of a small building (without elevator).

- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob...

- LIVING ROOM with sofa 3persons, HD TV, ...
No shared space. You will have access to the entire housing.
Carefully prepared to welcome you (cleaning, laundry, ..), it will be provided: bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo.
You will also have available:
- Wireless Internet High Speed
- 2 TVs with standard channels
- Kitchen with all utensils and dishes for your culinary creativity
- Microwave / Kettle / Toaster
- Coffee machine with some capsules offered
- Washing machine
- Hair dryer
- Iron

You come on foot: the apartment IS CLOSE TO MANY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Train direction Paris, Tram, Bus, …
- From Paris Saint Lazare : Train L -> direction Cergy le Haut // Stop : La Garenne Colombes (6 stops). The apartment is located 100m from the train station
- Depuis La Défense : Tramway T2 -> direction Pont de Bezons // Stop : Charlebourg (3 stops). The apartment is located 400m from the Tramway Stop.
You come by car: You will be able to park your car on paid places at the foot of the building or free of charge at a few streets nearby (I will provide you precise locations by email)
The apartment is non-smoking, please do not smoke inside. You can smoke in the building courtyard. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the floor.
No party in the evening. Thanks for respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
No commercial activity allowed in the apartment during the stay.
I would ask you to let the apartment in a suitable state of cleanliness (dishes, ...). In case of unacceptable condition, the costs for the refurbishment will be requested.
