Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. We love our little guest house because it is a hidden gem full of character and charm all while being in the heart of town. Come check it out!

Built in 1867, this private entrance guest suite has a cozy and rustic feel! The spiral staircase takes you up to the private balcony that has excellent views. Only 100 feet away from the grocery store and a couple blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment district. Convenience is an understatement! You can see the parade from the balcony! This loft is as good as it gets for Mardi Gras!
