The rental offers free use of a stainless-steel gas grill, (2) tandem ocean kayaks, SUP board, and hammock. There are three master suites, a fully equipped & open kitchen, spacious living area, central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, a large covered verandah & amazing water views throughout the entire villa. Sunnyside is a BEACHFRONT property w/ 120' of private beach.
