Washer & dryer, crib, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs. Enjoy St. Simon's eclectic shops, classic fishing pier, beaches. Natural island environment with the charm of old coastal towns - no looming high-rise condos or hotels here. Sea Palms Resort golf across the street. Relax and enjoy the island at this well stocked, clean and comfy Ocean Walk condo just minutes from the beach! This 3 bedroom is big enough to bring the whole family and still have space for yourself. You can even bring your pet. Located at the back of the complex, you can have a peaceful morning coffee while enjoying the back deck and still be close to the pool and tennis courts when you walk out your front door. A fully stocked kitchen doesn't mean you have to cook, but you can if you'd like.

Enjoy the view of the lake in front of the property or sit on the back covered patio and enjoy your morning coffee. Access to the Hospital and Coastal College are within Walking distance. 15 mins from (FLETC) 5 mins from the Causeway & 10-15 mins from the beaches on St Simons and Jekyll Island. We only share the backyard which now includes a in ground pool/spa and cabana!

Complex has a great pool and the bike paths that are easy to access. This condo is simply beautiful and fashionably decorated. It completely outfitted for all of your needs. A quiet, studio-esque space walking-distance to Gascoigne Park (disc golf!), St. Simons Marina, Epworth By the Sea, and a recently added tandem kayak to play on the lake. The space features three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.
